应用于引信遥控装定的火控信息交联装置

自差式多普勒无线电引信发射和接收装置是引信遥控装定的重要内容.在装置中引入单片机和FPGA技术,能快速、准确的装定已经出炮口300 ms以上的密集弹药,选择工作方式,可供选择的工作方式有近炸、碰炸、遥控炸、定时(距)炸.引信具备近目标发射电磁波功能,能有效抗有源干扰、海杂波干扰和信道干扰.FPGA的高度集成特性减小了编码和解码、调制与解调电路的体积,减小了引信工作电路.     

网络电机远程控制系统内模控制器设计

针对基于网络的远程控制系统中存在的信号传输时间延迟问题,设计了基于内模原理的控制器,对因网络时延导致的系统性能下降进行补偿.并且,对加入内模控制器后的闭环系统性能进行了分析.内模控制器克服了其他控制器必须依赖电机精确模型的特点,保证了系统具有良好的稳定性和鲁棒性.仿真示例验证了内模控制方法的有效性.     

Technical note: Worst‐case performance of power‐of‐two policies for serial inventory systems with incremental quantity discounts

This study presents power‐of‐two policies for a serial inventory system with constant demand rate and incremental quantity discounts at the most upstream stage. It is shown that an optimal solution is nested and follows a zero‐inventory ordering policy. To prove the effectiveness of power‐of‐two policies, a lower bound on the optimal cost is obtained. A policy that has a cost within 6% of the lower bound is developed for a fixed base planning period. For a variable base planning period, a 98% effective policy is provided. Classical geopolitics,realism and the balance of power theory

Since the end of World War II, classical geopolitics as a particular form of realism has been disengaged from the development of mainstream realist theories. This disengagement has not only concealed the value of classical geopolitics as a framework of analysis for policy and strategy, but also created an increasing rift between theory and policy in contemporary realist theories. This paper seeks to reengage classical geopolitics with mainstream realist theories by clarifying its realist traits and analytical characteristics, (re)stating its core propositions and probing into its potential contribution to the development of mainstream realist theories. This paper contends that classical geopolitics, while having a distinctive pedigree, can arguably be considered an integral part of the family of realist theories in view of its basic theoretical assumptions concerning international anarchy, the unit of analysis and power politics. As a framework of analysis, classical geopolitics incorporates three interrelated strategic propositions. Those three propositions not only constitute the theoretical core of classical geopolitics, but also manifest a peculiar balance-of-power conception that is essentially distinct from those proposed by mainstream realist theories. This paper argues that those three propositions combined promise to fill in prominent lacuna in the balance-of-power research programme, and also have significant implications for contemporary world politics.     

舰船并车减速齿轮箱任意稳态工况下功率损失的数学模型

为了分析并推导出并车减速齿轮箱在任意稳态工况下功率损失的数学模型,首先引用并介绍了该并车减速齿轮箱在两种不同情况下相应2个特殊稳态工况时的功率损失试验曲线;接着分析了其中一种情况下的试验曲线及其特殊点的物理意义;然后,由该试验曲线推导出并车减速齿轮箱在这种情况下任意稳态工况时的功率损失的数学计算公式,并将同样的方法应用到另一种情况下的试验曲线.最后,解释了该并车减速齿轮箱功率损失试验曲线的一个似非而是的"疑点".

本文应用相对平衡理论,讨论了开敞消防水车沿斜面无摩擦下滑时所特有的水面现象。     

晶体管自差收发机优化设计的数学模型

依据自差收发机灵敏度的计算公式,在满足技术要求所规定的辐射功率和电源噪声传输系数条件下,把自差收发机的灵敏度作为目标函数,对自差收发机的电路参数作为设计变量,对自差收发机进行了优化设计,得出自差机优化设计的数学模型。     

液体火箭发动机功率平衡通用计算方法

本文提出了一种新的液体火箭发动机功率平衡通用计算方法。该方法按照预定的计算顺序，对发动机系统的各个部件进行迭代计算，采用拟牛顿法求解系统可调变量。该方法对各种发动机系统方案的分析具有通用性，适用于液体火箭发动机系统循环方案论证。该方法已在计算机上采用面向对象程序设计实现。本文给出了用该程序对采用液氧、丙烷作为推进剂的分级燃烧循环进行计算的结果。     

电爆炸切断开关的实验研究

电感储能系统中的关键技术是切断开关技术,本文论述了导体的电爆炸机制,以及作为切断开关爆炸导体参数选取的经验公式,并设计了一种爆炸导体切断开关的装置结构,在实验中取得了较好的结果。通过调节导体参数,可得到脉宽２８０ｎｓ,电压增益达到十几倍的高功率脉冲信号,其结果对我们通过用虚阴极二极管等器件作负载来产生高功率微波有重要的意义。     

PWM型串联开关稳压电源的隔离测控

本文研究运用MCS—51系列单片机对战术导弹性能综合测试系统的电源系统实施隔离测控的办法,阐述了其电路的工作原理,并对测试精度进行了分析。
